Reiki is a simple, natural and safe energy-healing process that works on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.

Reiki stands for ‘‘universal energy’’ is a Japanese form of energy healing. The practitioner channels the healing energy to the patient in order to encourage emotional, physical, mental and spiritual healing. Reiki can take place both in person and over long distance. In both scenarios Reiki can very effective to the recipient.
Reiki is not a cult, religion or belief system and in no way contradicts one's belief. -
Reiki appeals to all people, because energy does not recognise race, religion, and nationality. It instead recognises the oneness of all living beings and our interconnections through what you might call The Source, God, Allah or Higher Power. I will call it - Universal Energy.
-
Reiki offers an invitation to heal, a vision of healing that the receiver can choose as the energy of the Reiki facilitator heightens during the healing session. The facilitator places their hands over the receiver's body, and the receiver perceives the energy on a deep soul level and very naturally matches it through a process of harmonic resonance. This can feel like a soothing warmth in the body or a slight tingling, or a combination of the two as energy moves throughout the body, although it is not necessary to actually feel the energy for it to be effective.

We all know our path on Earth can be challenging. It is why we must remember to nurture and honour ourselves every step of the way. Patience is the key. We can learn to accept and be compassionate with ourselves, especially the parts we don't prefer. All dis-ease, whether it is physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, or any combination thereof are the very parts of ourselves that are calling out for love and transformation. All energy seeks resolution and balance. We can love ourselves into spiritual awakening and physical wellness in the same way that the Creator loved us into being. Reiki is Love.
