Who Am I?

My journey into psychology and spirituality has been 20 years in the making.

From a young age, I was introduced to meditation, a practice which has remained a cornerstone in my life and which I continue to turn to for personal and spiritual growth. Over the years, I’ve also gained experience in energy healing, acquainting myself with the practices of theta healing, shamanism, and reiki.

Alongside my spiritual path, I’ve always been fascinated with psychology and the study of the mind, emotions, and human behaviour. This eventually led me to complete a BSc Honours in Psychology and seek out further training in Gestalt psychotherapy.

Throughout my career I have continued to build on my knowledge and skills in order to help people from all walks of life. For many years, I was a supervisor for Malta’s national helpline, where I trained volunteers in the art of Active Listening, equipping them with the tools, skills, and positive mindset they needed to effectively assist callers seeking help on a wide range of serious issues.

Currently, I work as an Internet Safety Officer where, along with my colleagues, I strive towards creating a safer online environment for everyone. As part of my job, I also deliver seminars and workshops to people of all ages on best practices to stay safe online, stress management, and how to achieve a healthy work-life balance.

Now, I’m bringing together all my years of experience and training to pursue my life’s calling, of being a life coach. I am here to help you overcome any personal challenges you may be facing and find practical ways to help you transform your life for the better.

I also am a mindfulness fanatic, female gamer, anime lover, mental & physical health fan, music secondary expert, best at supporting & a proud emotional virgo. I’m a mum of two toddlers with a husband who makes sure I eat healthily.
